*** If you question the $2 shipping fee it's because here there is a surcharge for a package. It starts at $2.07 - it's not just a random dollar amount. Sometimes things can pass as an envelope but it has to fit through less than a 1" opening- anything over that is considered a package and surcharge is given! Blame USPS I can't afford to bid things this low and not charge shipping/ I'd be paying you to win auctions- or paying USPS! Wish I didn't have to charge!
