When one ball is bigger than the other it is considered a Navel ring.

No. It's a navel ring when it's the appropriate gauge and length for the navel. These aren't big enough in gauge or length to fit in a navel piercing. If someone was to put this in their piercing it would be way to tight and rip it or wouldn't even be long enough to go all the way through.
