It's really hard to tell. I'll ship Media Mail or 1st class, whichever is cheaper. If 1st class, it should take less than a week. I have found that time involved in Media Mail varies widely from a few days to several weeks. Wish I could tell you more.

No. I'm sorry I left that out. I always remove CDs from their original bulky jewel cases & put them in the thin jewel cases. I do try to include printed materials. Besides saving space whileI had them, this will cut down on shipping costs. Hope that helps.
