After 5,000 for every 3000 credits that the auction goes up the winner will will receive 3 more sheets
Breakdown is as follows
0-4,999 = 4 sheets
5,000-7,999= 7 sheets
8,000- 10,999=10 sheets
11,000- 13,999 =13 sheets
