The listing, Awesome Plus Size Swimsuit Top from Merona Size 20 has ended.

EUC. Bought at Kohls last summer and wore it a few times. This design is very flattering for those of us who want to be cool but not show a lot of skin. The elastic waist band helps it to stay put while climbing in and out of the pool. Also, the shoulder straps are attached with buttons so they can be removed for a strapless top as well!

Lol! I love that! I would say yes, somewhat... The band at the top is a very strong elastic and so are the shoulder straps.
