45 Cards and a book detailing 6 routines that you can do anywhere--while waiting for a flight, in your hotel room, etc.

This is great for someone looking for a way to implement their workout routine into a busy travel, school or other schedule.

The box is a bit beat up but I counted the cards and they are all there with no damage. The book is also in excellent condition as are all additional inserts and accessories as shown in photo 3.
