I do not know anything about Cabbage Patch Dolls, I found this one at an estate sale and felt it needed to be rescued, so I am going to list it for the people that love these. I can not tell you much of anything about it has I only had boys, but if you ask I will try to answer. Good luck, and happy bidding. I CALLED THE POST OFFICE AND FLAT RATE BOX WITH TRACKING IS $12.35 so that should be the cost. UPDATE !!! I will ship for free if the bid is over 1000 points.Thank you

Thank you so much. I am enjoying to read your conversations. I'm learning a lot about cabbage patches. I currently have 4 cabbage patches. One my grandma gave to me. Another one I got for x-mas, also from my grandma. Another, my grandma and aunt brought to me. It was from my younger cousin that didn't like it. She thought the face looked like it was going to blow up. Another one I bought at Columbus, the flea market for 8 dollars. I had one before these ones that my grandma gave me because I liked hers. It had yellow yarn hair. But when cleaning out stuff I couldn't find it. I believe I must have left it at my old house when I moved years ago. I couldn't find my sister's either. However, I found a cabbage patch box not to either one, a pair of shoes, and both birth certificates. My grandma is a large fan of cabbage patches and so am I. I long for a cabbage patch with yarn hair. I collect (and play with) dolls and stuffed animals. I have a large range of brands and styles.

That is so cool, my mom who is 101 years old wanted a Cabbage Patch when they came out and I bought her the one she wanted, the only one I have ever had anything to do with. I have four sons, and my oldest grand-daughter is almost 15, she never was into them, so I know nothing about them, this has been quite the learning experince. Thank you all for the info.

I was looking at some baby dolls. There is an actual brand called Doll Baby. They look a lot like cabbage patches. This doll looks more like a Doll Baby. Does the doll have an Xavier Roberts signature on her bottom? If so then she is a Cabbage Patch.

My pleasure- been collecting them for many years now. :) (yes, that is why the user name). Some of the cabbage patch kids are dated in the signature and some are not. You can tell the year, by the signature color.

She is an original cabbage patch kid- the cornsilk ones, were done by coleco, roughly around 1986. She is not a doll baby.
