Yes to both questions :) we have triple rinsed and washed in an Eco friendly mild detergent so you could wash it once in your detergent of choice by itself and then throw it in with anything, I have even washed whites with dyes and there has been no fading. The dye creates a chemical bond with the fabric and it doesn't fade. Thanks :)

Them material is cotton and the length is 35" from shoulder to bottom hem, thanks :)

I am not sure what tips material is? It does have some stretch to it. It does not indicate a bust measurement, so sorry.
