I'm sorry I don't know what kind of gold. all I was told was that it is gold and not plated. It was a gift to me many years ago.

I know it's supposed to have it somewhere but if it does I can't see it. i checked before I set up the auction and I checked again a couple days ago. It could be my eyes or it could just not be there. I can't remember if the chain that is on it is the original or not. I think it is but I'm not sure. The color matches. I know it was a gift to me on my 16th birthday 14 years ago. I know my ex says it is real gold and he has no reason to lie to me about it 14 years later. I can take a picture of the back and the clasp and someone can try to zoom in really close and see if they can see something but I can't see it. I'm sorry.
