The listing, DS lite for parts or fixable has ended.

This for a BROKEN DS lite but I believe it is an easy fix for the right person! Screens were seperated an are now held together only by the wires. Still powers on but no pictures on screens. Like I said this could be a very easy fix to the right person!

Are any of the wires/ribbons damaged? I have done repairs on systems that have looked worse then this. if the insides are all intact then a simple $5 re-casing is all that would be needed.

Ok hope this makes sense, the black wire is completly intact, the white wire covering is split but the red wire is intact, the gold ribbion is attacted to the top but no the bottom, and has silver ring. This is on the left side no wires are on the right.

okay well that ribbon seems to be the cause of you not having a display. the wires are for wifi and for the speakers. the white one in question it is your wifi wire. sounds to me it may be as simple as just re-casing it so long as there is not really and severe damage inside the unit.
