This is a brand new/factory sealed Julep "Angela" nail polish from their June 2013 It Girl Maven box. I just happened to have 2 and decided someone out there would love it like I do! Angela is described by maven as deep sea blue molten, which is julep speak for duochrome. In the right angle it flashes between blue and emerald green.
