we would need to know how much the package weighs to figure out shipping ourselves. it may be easier to put in a small flat rate box. that way it is the same price no matter where it goes in the usa and no matter how much it weighs. I think it is $5.25 for a small flat rate box

Either one, but you need a wall plug in with a spot for the cable to plug in before you plug it into the wall

The screen is not sratched at all! It was barely even used at all and it is 13 megapixels
