XP home edition. Hopefully no one will go over what I have so I can get it. I can go up to 200 probably.

Those specs are for the AGP versions and not entirely correct for the PCI version, but close enough , the biggest difference is the AGP version only came with a max of 128mb ram and the PCI version comes with a max of 256MB of ram

nope....but trust me in a pci based vid card ddr is more than fast enough and 256 is more than sufficient for the specs...
