I'm fairly new also, just started using a month ago, even though I signed up last year. This link may help you. http://www.listia.com/support/topic/how_to_list?from=1.

It gives the seller a option of asking for a certain amount of bids a person can offer in order to "Get It Now" instead of having to wait and see if they won or not, they can just oofer the GIN amount. Hope that helps.
