Soft colors, with a very antique look to it...

features various birds, flowers, fish, grass, lilly pads?, patterns on the side walls...

I have no idea of age, my guess would be 70s? it's got that boho-chic look to it, vintage frame bag with the hinge opening and kiss lock closure.

Has a slight ruffled edge, lined in black, great shape with no rips, tears, smoke odors... size is 7 x 7 and strap drop is 27 inches

It's hard for me to tell if the bag's exterior is darkened with age or was meant to look antique because it kind of looks like a paint wash... I'm not familiar enough with her work to know her techniques and if this was typical or not.
