I do a lot of auctions and editing the pictures would take too much of my time.

Pictures should only be used as a reference. Bidders should always rely on the description and I specifically state that some items pictured aren't included. I also provide a list of the items to choose from.

Again, people should rely on the description and not solely on the photos (or else you might end up getting an emailed picture instead of the actual item, for example). Try taking a look at card and makeup lot auctions. Sellers use stock photos all the time, but their auctions aren't misrepresented because they specifically state what the auction is for and what the winner will receive, which is what I did here.
