♥♥Just a friendly fyi and some important info...It really helps people know you're working towards a good seller status if you verify some of your info in addition to FB & t --your phone # and a cc/bank account is easy and SAFE--these are done electronically and NO ONE can the see info stored--only the icons you get for completing them! Be aware --a lot of Listian's won't bid or ship to anyone without a Level 1 Verification --don't forget your address is registered too :-) OH and you earn badges for doing them :D yay!

Also, many Listian's don't know how to reply to comments on auctions --If you just add a 'comment' on your auction page, people won't know you are replying to them :/... on your "My Listia" page, scroll 3/4 down the page and on the left hand side it says "COMMENTS YOU HAVEN'T REPLIED TO" or you can reply under the comment by clicking the *blue* highlighted "reply" on your listing page. If you're using a phone app to answer comments, they won't show up as a reply--only as another comment and they won't know you're replying to them :/

Hey,I have a question-I'm not sure if I'm supposed to ask you or someone else.I won an auction on-I think the 17th.I send him 2 messages about his paypal address which he didn't respond to-I finally found it in the original listing and sent the payment-I sent a message stating that fact which he didn't respond to-I paid on the 19th I haven't heard anything-and no messages about whether it's shipped or not.I haven't left negative feedback because I wanted to give him a chance to send it before I do that.What do I do? How long do I wait?

Click on his name and see if he's still active. If not ask for a refund of credits. Did you send the money for shipping through PayPal? I''m not really sure how that works. I've lost quite a bit on shipping, but what I had sent through PayPal was my own fault. I won a tree. It was Winter, and we had snow. The seller was going to send it to me in the spring, but in the meantime she left listia, so I lost.

He seems to be,apparently people have been clicking positive on the feedback even though they were saying something negative.He has a long history of not responding to messages.At least the paypal I sent was only .50.I am going to contact paypal anyway even though it was only .50.I requested my credits back then I am going to block him.Thank you for your help

he has 7 days after the end of auction to get your payment and address before he sends the item out. so if you won on the 17th, he still has 2 more days to send the item out. he should be communicating with you tho. send him a msg on here asking if the item has been sent, if so is there a tracking, etc.

yeah,I have been sending him msgs,I sent 2 trying to get his paypal before I finally found it,then I sent one telling him the money was sent,one asking if he had sent the plant,and then one telling him he needed to contact me and tell me something-and he still hasn't said anything.I requested a refund and put a dispute on paypal even though it was only .50 it's the principal.
