Although this can be used on any part of the body, I suggest only using it on the face due to the gentleness and softness.

To use, wet the sponge (you can use alone or with cleanser) and simply massage in a circular motion. When done, rinse well & use the included suction cup to hang up & air dry. You will want to replace this every 2-3 months.
