Blue Tie-Dye Spaghetti Strap Sun Dress.
There are no tags indicating the size, but I tried it on, and based on my own size I would guess it to be a small or a medium.

It also hangs to about mid thigh, maybe higher or lower depending on your height.

There was a small tear in one of the seams, but I stitched it up and you cannot even tell that it was there.
