The listing, Beautiful Solid Wood 4 in 1 Crib has ended.

My daughter used this crib for only a few months. She was born small and slept most of the time in her basinet and than next to me in her bassinet/pack & play. If I had to guess the time she actually used it would be 6 months. There are a few scratches on the top from her 1 toy and when she would scratch but nothing really noticeable. It is extremely solid and heavy oak wood. It also comes with under drawers for that extra needed space for small areas. It is also a 4 in 1 (grow with me model), so it adjusts into a toddler bed, day bed or twin bed. It truly is a great addition to any babies room!!

Does it come with the mattress and can u ship it to alabama

I'm sorry it only comes w/the bed & drawer for underneath. I would not be able to ship it to Alabama as the pieces are solid wood. I could look into what it may cost but the end pieces are very heavy.
