This FM Modulator allows you to listen to your MP3 player or iPod or USBs over your car radio, without having to drive with earbuds in your ears.

The transmitter plugs into and is powered by a 12V adapter (cigarette lighter) in your car. This transmitter is small, about the same size as a cell phone car charger, 4.25” long, about 7/8” diameter where it plugs into a 12V adapter, expanding to about 1.5” in diameter on the end facing the driver.

The controls are on the face of the large end. There are three buttons to control playback from the USB connector along the bottom edge of the face, Play/pause, Next File, and Previous File. In the middle is a button which selects which of 7 FM frequencies are used (87.7, 87.9, 88.1, 88.3, 88.5, 88.7, or 88.9mhz).

There are 7 LED located on the outer edge of the top half of the face of the VRFM7 which indicate which of the 7 frequency options are used.

There is a port for USB connectors on the bottom end of the modulator, and an audio connector on the side. (note that this audio connector cable is not included, but can be easily purchased online.) The port on the side is a 2.5mm Stereo Input.
