what that means is that person has bid way high and u have to keep bidding until u have met there bid or u bid more then them it will keep saying u have been outbid until then , just thought I would help u understand its not the auctioner .

Ur doing something with ur bidding thats messed up. I bidd and every second I try the same "person"tops it.

I am doing nothing with the bids. That is how it works, if someone bids a high amount, (even if it was days ago) it increases as other people bid. I have nothing to do with the way Listia increases bids.
