This is brand new, never used. It is a free standing tent fan. I was going to use it for power outages.. It runs on 4 D Batteries, which i will include if GIN is used.
It has two speeds.

Power outages, will look at this later. Headed to work. And Id say if a child is supervised properly yes its safe. Course they can do the darnest things. Ha.Ok checked the blades, thin rubbery blades.Not hard at all. Hope you get to bid. Power off for some time and its hot here ,yes this will come in handy.!!!
