I understand what you are saying. But my personal rating my not be your rating, so I don't want you to be upset because you may think that I should have given it a higher rating. All I can say is that I keep my comics in very good condition. They are all adult owned from a smoke free home with no pets. I keep them in the basement in comic bags in a long comic box. They are not graded mint.
