You can use credit cards or debit cards to send money through the paypal website :) you don't have to have an account. I would prefer not to have cash sent because it would end up costing you more money than necessary because you would have to pay for tracking of the envelope with the money.

In all of the times that I have sent cash in an envelope, it has gotten there. Anyway I went to my gaming store and they sell the exact same sleeves for $1.99 plus tax.
