This auction is for an EZCAP USB 2.0 Video Capture device for PC and Mac.

What does it do? It connects to analog video devices such as a VHS video tape player/recorder, or a VHS or Hi8 camcorder and allows the transfer from tape to digital on your PC or Mac.

Your videos are then easier to share on social media such as YouTube, FaceBook, and more. Converting your VHS and Hi8 tapes to digital can also help preserve your precious memories and home videos for prosperity's sake since once digital they can be stored on DVD, memory sticks or in the cloud. Backup will now be possible.

This product has never been used and includes:
-software for capturing and burning your videos to DVD
-Standard RCA composite and S-Video connectivity
-USB powered, no external power source required

My son wanted this to create gaming videos while playing WiiU games but wiiU uses a HDMI connectivity and not analog connections. So we were not able to use it.

This device could be used for gaming capture on systems that use analog connections. A search on YouTube provides great tutorials on how to do this, as well as, information on additional hook ups required to configure the device for gaming capture.

OK. I'll post it up later this evening when I have a moment to take pics... Will also post the splitter connects that are needed to use a dazzle for gaming capture too. Its definitely a higher quality device.

LOL. I was on your page earlier. I know this one can be used for gaming but its not the one designed for gaming capture. Just wanted to make sure I clarified that. I also have a Dazzle, which is suppose to better but haven't decided whether or not to list it here or return it...

I'm sure it works. There are tutorials on YouTube doing the gaming set up with this version. If I post the dazzle then the starting bid will likely be higher. Maybe 1000 points... Are you interested in both?
