This is a very heavy thick nice bowl. The coloring is on the line of purple and blue. In normal lighting it has a very light purple tint to it. Take it out of the lighting and you have a blueish tint. The first, second and fourth photos are with the camera flash on. The remainder are with the flash off. The bowl measures 1/4" thick at the top, just over 8" across and 5" in height. There are no signs of chips or cracks. There are some feather scratches throughout. This would be a great piece to either decorate a room or use in the kitchen as a serving piece for your next party. Any questions please ask.
