>> I've made a few of these for Church activities & they seemed to have gone over well. Here a Read ALL info 1st. This is an auction for 10 recipes - TEN.If bid & win, but failed to read the full info and/or ask any lingering questions, your disappointment/dissatisfaction is not my fault. Below are the 10 recipes.
# 1). Deep-Dish Apple Pie
>> Description: With all that delicious, yummy fruit. I got part of this info from Lifescrip: You may/may not think an apple pie should be healthy, but the truth is 1 sl scan have as much as 750 calories & 30 grams of fat! Just 1! For the most part, the culprit is the crust. So, LifeScript suggests using whole-wheat pastry flour to add fiber & lower the saturated fat by replacing some of the butter w/h canola oil. The brown sugar sweetened filling in this pie is made w/h 2 kinds of apples for the perfect balance. A slice has 1/2 the calories of a typical version & only 10 grams of fat according to LifeScript. (Now that is the info according to LifeScipt). I am not a dietician/nutritionist, so if you feel you may need further info, feel to contact one. I will not be offended at all.

#2). French Silk Pie
>> Description: Bittersweet chocolate & Dutch-process cocoa meld w/h a shot of fresh brewed coffee to give an ultra-rich flavor to this creamy French silk pie. A frothy meringue is the secret to lightening the brown sugar-sweetened filling.

#3). Peach-Raspberry Pie
>> Description: A lightened pie crust plus the tart-sweet combination of peaches & raspberries is truly a winning recipe. Make this when peaches are at their most flavorful in midsummer.

#4). Cherry Ice Cream Pie with Chocolate Cookie Crust

We lightened the filling w/h nonfat condensed milk blended with tangy low-fat plain yogurt & continued the makeover w/h a topping of lovely golden meringue rather than whipped heavy cream. Use Key limes if you can find them, but common Persian limes work as well.

#9). Oatmeal-Nut Crunch Apple Pie
>> Description: This decadent pie is loaded w/h juicy apples & adorned w/h a streusel-lover’s crunchy topping. The pie is best served the day it’s made. If you’re short on time, look for a ready-made whole-wheat pie crust in the freezer section of the store.

#10). Strawberry Rhubarb Pie
>> Description: Rhubarb & strawberries go hand in hand & what better way to honor the combination than in this classic summer pie? The lattice top looks fancy but the technique is super-easy to master.
