The listing, LQQK -->> Vogue Blue Jade Dragon Pendant - BEAUTIFUL!! has ended.
Up for auction is this BEAUTIFUL Oxidized Gold and Blue Jade Pendant. A must have for the fashionista!! Approximately 1" in diameter. Item ships USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation
I didn't make it but I know it's not real gold, it's oxidized though, so no tarnishing. I do not know whether it is real jade or dyed, but it is a very beautiful deep blue color, so you'll have to decide if it is beautiful enough for you! Thanks for asking :)
thank you for being so honest about what you know and do not know about this pendent! it would help if you had photographed the back... it is solid metal or blue stone? Photos can be deceiving ... it looks like it might be Lapis or enamel? Very Interesting piece :)
Wow...you are so right about photographing the back! I'm so sorry I didn't think of that....well, the back is not covered with any gold and shows only the stone with a small clear crystal in the center. Hope that helped some....and you're welcome :) I don't fancy myself a good liar....honesty is the best policy! so I was taught :) Thanks for your comments...I really appreciate it :)
ahh that is good to know... stone back = not enamel :) Now when I am interested in something I ask all the questions I can think of because, I recently bid on a pendent on Listia and won :) Much to my dismay the item sent was NOT the item in the photograph! Though a very pretty stone it was not the pendent I bid on. The seller refuses to refund my credits unless I return the stone. Her excuse was... she did not have a cell phone to take a photo of it. Mind you no where in the description or auction chat did she ever mention the photo was a "representation" of the real pendent..sighs. I just do not feel she should profit from her misconduct. Will leave it up to Listia to sort out.... what do you think?
Wow again! Thanks so much for your insight :) I honestly can not believe some of the things that go on here on Listia....it just amazed me! You are SO in the right and I don't see how Listia can't side with you....by her refusing, she just drags the process out and holds your credits hostage...doesn't she have a conscience??? If you win this pendant and for any reason feel displeased, my feedback speaks for itself..... I wouldn't hold you to an auction you weren't happy with no matter how I felt because the cusomer is always right :)
You are very straight forward and revealing about what you know and don't know about this pendent... IF I win, I will keep it. I never send anything back simply because I don't like it.... I just re-Listia it... that way we all WIN :)
I understand some people get attached to their stuff and it is like auctioning their babies on Listia lol
I figure once I put something up for auction... it becomes merchandise and I have an obligation to try and meet or exceed the expectations of my customer.... but hey that's just me :)
I am the same way :) I have relisted several things that I won that I think were more 'impulse buys' so to speak! lol and you're right! Everybody wins :)
LOL I can't imagine getting too attached to all this stuff! I'm on a mission to only list auctions until I get rid of some more things and not bid on any, but it's not exactly going that way! lol Plus, I shop just for Listia!
I really just like to make peopl genuinely happy and that's what drives the auctions I list and the things I shop for just for Listia!!
