Paper Clip (1st air date 9:29:95) Reunited, Mulder & Scully must now operate outside the law, on the run from forces within the government who wish to silence them permanently. The Agent's investigation leads them to a former Nazi scientist who tells them of bizarre human experiments performed by Axis-power scientists hired by the U.S. government. Using the stolen digital tape, Skinner is able to bargain w/the Cigarette-smoking Man to save the Agents' lives & allow them to continue their quest for the truth.
