The listing, Vintage Brass Urn w/Beautiful Etchings! has ended.

Vintage brass urn with beautiful etchings! I used this as a pencil cup on my desk. Not sure of the exact age, but the Antiques Seller I bought this from (20.00), said it was quite old. Most likely vintage, but may be antique. Dimensions: 11"dia @ mouth; 3 1/4"H; 7"dia @ base. The brass does need to be cleaned.

I was going to say, it looks like a piece from India then I saw the last comment! I found a set of items from India and they have a stamp on the inside. Does this have a stamp on the inside? Looks like a thin coat of paint with a number if present.
