This is a brand new ! Flashing dog collar has three settings for the lighting, slow flash ,fast flash or steady light in blue. It is approximately 14 to 16 inches long 1 inch wide. It is way to big for my little chi-weenie dog. Even though it says size small it's still too big for him.
