The listing, Vintage Miniature Oil / Perfume Lamp has ended.

Hello everyone.......I have here for you a sweet little Oil / Perfume Lamp with light blue roses & green leaves.
Painted gold on the handles, footings, and around the all
ceramic/porcelain shade. Blue Paper sticker on bottom says, "Made in Japan". There is a wick in it and ready to be used. Stands 6 inches tall and over all condition is
excellent. Thank you for looking .

In the base you pour, kerosene (like the old days) or perfumed oils. When people
only had there Saturday night bathes and slop pots under the bed....guess I'd be using the perfumed oils myself. LOL Thanks.

How old is it?

I am not sure of its actual makers date but these were used from English 1700's
thru to the 1950's, I think its more the later.

Love this. ! ! ! I collect oil lamps and I have only recently found this type of oil lamp. Does anyone know where to get more scented oils for them??

Most antique mall carry them.....you could even go to Bath & Body works and
perfumed oils would work. Also walmart sells lamp oil.
