Please don't ask about free shipping, if a shipping fee is listed. I will combined shipping for the least expensive price possible. I only ship on Mondays. (I do pay for shipping when my situation allows)
IF YOU CAN'T PAY THE SHIPPING FEE BY THE 7 DAYS, PLEASE MESSAGE ME FOR ARRANGEMENTS PRIOR TO BIDDING. I AM GENERALLY ACCOMMODATING WITH IN REASON. BUT IF YOU ASSUME THAT I WILL WAIT, ESPECIALLY WEEKS AND YOU WIN WITHOUT PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CREDITS. Per Listia I don't have to accommodate requests to wait beyond 7 days.

TIME TABLE:
Winner has 7 days to provided a Listia verified address (no messaged addresses), & pay the shipping fee via Paypal (when fee is listed). shipping fee may be paid via PayPal, unused postage stamps equal to the fee or prepaid label.

WHY I MAY BLOCK SOMEONE:
I block listians for the following
*non responsive winner after 7 days haven't:
#replied to any emails
#given their Listia verified address
#unpaid shipping fee
*for rude or abusive messages/comments I will also report your behavior to Listia

PROBLEM:
If you have an issue with your item, please message me first. I try to work with people & make happy winners.

REFUND:
If a refund of credits is requested, the winner is responsible for returning the item with ALL original packaging, in a timely matter for a full refund of credits. Once I receive the item, you'll receive your refund.
