Umm--no they are not-they only thing different is the rings- Mens rings are traditionally wider, womens are thinner, now with that said if a woman wears a size 6 ring, thin ring, and tries to put on a size 6 wide band mens ring, it probably wont fit. she would maybe need a bigger size.
