Here is a brand new dress with tags! Very cute red satin looking frills and ruffles!!!
Would love this but im usually a 3x in most dresses unless very stretchy so i would say this is true to size with a little stretch, has elastic so is stretchy in places! :] Happy Bidding and gin!

no it's like a side shoulder top :] ill take a better pic of the top part but its two sleeves and theyre kinda should off ur shoulder and go on like ur upper arm :]
