It's a Vinylmation from the Muppets Series 2. And I believe the brand is coming from the Muppets Studio Disney. These vinlymations are well know in the Disney company and fun to get since you can also trade them as well just like a disney pin :)

How many inside pockets does it have? Do you have pics of the inside?

It has one large pocket, two mini pockets and a pocket where you can put like pens or pencils. I will try to take a picture soon of it if you like and post it up give me like an hour. :)
