It was never available for purchase through Avon.

This beautiful plate was given out to Avon reps who had been actively selling for 15 years !!!

I normally offer free shipping, but in this case,
because of the fragile nature of this Item, it will have to be carefully packed and shipped, so I am asking for $5.00 to help off set the cost involved with that !!!
