It's a women's, not juniors. Yes true to size with an inch or two to spare, it's pleated so there is a little extra room. This is a new blouse, no stains or holes. Sheer? When you hold it up to the light, yes it is but when you're wearing it, you can really see through it much. Kinda like a skirt or dress needing a slip only when the sun is behind you. : ) Hope this helps, it's difficult to describe. Also the sleeves are 3/4 length and have a slight flare, very pretty. Thanks for asking!
