it has a problem booting up. The ereader side is not completing it's boot and probably can be fixed but I don't want to bother with it, so my loss is your gain. If you love to tinker things and fix then or need this for spare parts then this is for you. Was gently used for bedtime reading.
Entourage Pocket eDGe - Dual-screen Android

The Entourage Pocket eDGe, combines e-reader and Android tablet size 7-inches.

Combination of LCD and E Ink displays. The E Ink display is 6-inch in size with a 600 x 800 resolution and has a Wacom active digitizer, while the LCD display is 7-inch with a 800 x 480 resolution and a resistive touchscreen.

Other specs include – Google Android, 3GB internal memory, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 2.0MP webcam, 6 hour battery life for tablet or 11 hours for the e-reader, built-in mic, stereo speakers with ports – MicroSD, USB, mini USB and headphone jack. It comes in at 1.35 lbs and is 0.5-inches open or 1.0-inches when closed.

The right side seems to complete but because the left side reader side doesn't finish boot the right side icons don't come up

I don't know if this info will help, but it says it is waiting for initialization to complete on the reader side and a blue screen on the right side, because it is just waiting for the left side to complete it's boot up. I saw an error code 10.

Hi! If you have the device registered in your name, would you be willing to transfer the registration of the device to the new owner? I read that you will need to do this for your tablet to prevent error codes. Please click on link for info:

Code 42 This device is already registered to another user and cannot be registered again until it is designated as Transferrable.
Case 1: If you are giving your device to another user, you must make the device transferable. See Knowledge Base article https://www.entourageedge.com/support/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=81

Did you try to reset this through android.
-if you have alot of downloads on it,and you are selling it .if you goto the settings on android screen.goto ABOUT phone,and do a reset it will erase evertything and reinstall android.sounds like this is your issue..just what i would do it looks like a very nice auction ,

I did hit a reset button on the unit but it just does the same thing over again. I don't know how to reset this through android. I have already packed it up and ready to ship, so I will leave it up to someone like yourself to deal with it. Thank you for your suggestions. I appreciate your nice comment about my auction too.
