This is a $1.00 Military Payment Certificate that was used by U.S. troops in Viet Nam. To curb Black Market activity, soldiers arriving in Viet Nam had to convert their American money into MPC. Most were converted back upon leaving, so they are hard to find. This one is quite well-worn (see pix) FREE Shipping USA & Canada !
