yes i try all recipes befor listing and if they dont work i dont list only list the ones that work i wouldnt want to bid on something that dosnt so i dont put out something i wouldnt bid on!!!! its amazing makes your hair feel so good and shiney :)

i try to provide excellent customer service the way i would like it done for me. basically i treat people the way i want to be treated.:) plus i try to be on here when my auctions are ending to get out items as they are won so no one has to wait to long for them if i am not able to send right away then i try to send out a note letting winner know when i will send there item sometimes i just cant be here family and all that but im here a lot. well have a blessed night!!!!
