Some of the 3D nail art look pretty big. Is that just the photo and how do they affix to the nail, just polish & topcoat or do they require nail glue?

They are medium sized and they will acquire nail glue or a little acrylic. They are mainly for people with false nails on.

Also, I have never used the foil flakes before, do those affix with polish as well, or do they require brush-on glue?

They acquire just polish and a topcoat. If you win, I can send some pictures of different ways they can be applied.
