Elegant Layered Ruffle Blue strapless Mini Dress with a Chic caramel belt
Perfect for summertime & casual wear, supper cute<3

This is a light Sky blue dress with mini white polka dots all around. The BELT is INCLUDED! =D
Size M

The top and waist is elastic so can fit larger or bustier girls. May fit a Small but idk, the bust area might be too large for petite.
The bust is around 34 - 40 inch
The waistline is 28 - 35 inch
And hip size is Free

NOTE:
The dress is not ripped, fraying, discolored, have holes or stained on it.
It IS USED, I've worn it a few times out but it's in perfect condition.
I've also WASHED it after taking photos & it's cleaned, & pressed for shipping ;] I doesn't have any weird smells on it [that I know of, lol] I live in a smoke FREE home!

Questions & Comments

No. I don't see any sizes in the description either. But I am using the APP. And some people -- like myself- when using the app don't get to see the entire description. I never knew this until recently and I looked up a auction on my laptop. And signed in on my phone to the app- and realized I was only seeing the first few sentences and the last few sentences from the app- and missing tons if info that was on the actual site!!! (I did this test as a request of another buyer). It's a glitch in the app! Listia says they will fix it but haven't yet.
So i have learned when someone asks me a question that I already know is in the description- not to get angry at them!
I used to think if you were using the app, just click to description box and it opens up to show you a full description. But now- I know for a fact -that while that's true sometimes--it's not all the time! Just some auctions have this problem too, not all of them. Weird huh!! So yes I believe your previous commenter when she says she doesn't see a size in description! Lol.
Want me to copy and paste everything I see in the description box? I will- there's not much info at all. (Btw I'm using the iTunes apple app- i don't know if the android app has this glitch or not.)?

Super cute dress omg I'm dying tho eight days? Is there any way you can lower the days?
