No, It's never been used.

Street Chrome is a distressed finish so that scratches don't show.

Also, there cannot be fluid in the lighter once it is mailed. If you want to follow the law, pull the innards insert out for 48 hours before shipping.

You're going to want to buy fluid anyway. A good dose of fluid only lasts a week in these [NO OFFENSE] Wal-Mart lighters. (It is a special zippo, made for Walmart, $12.97, so I'd say worth 5000-8000 points)
