the material is 95% poly and 5% spandex, it's got a great silky feel to it, and it moves great.. I can measure from the bust down as it really doesn't have a waist..i will pick up a measuring tape tomorrow and post it.. no idea what my daughter did with mine..

the body is 100% rayon, there's a lining in the bodice it is 100% cotton. i will get waist measurement tomorrow...

length from waist is just about 26", this is from right under the bust, doesn't really have a waist area..
