These are more of a brick red color--not as 'bright' as the pics look. The first pictures are the truest to color. I'd say more of a light maroon or brick color, size 36x13--too big for my son now. The sides have black straps with velcro so they can be adjusted around the waist. They have plenty of pockets. 70% cotton, 30% nylon. Excellent used condition.
