This is a $1.00 casino chip from the Sahara Hotel Casino in Las Vegas. I thought it would be fun to put this on so people that won't be able to make the closing party on May 16 can still have a little of Vegas history. This hotel has been part of Vegas for over 50 years. It is a shame to see another ol gal leave us. She has been lots of fun.

The race is on! I was on property today at 2PM when the doors were locked for the first time in 60 years. What a sad day for Vegas. I will miss the old playground.
