What does it mean by GENUINE SIMULATED Mother of Pearl? By Diamond like I take that to mean cubic zirconia?

it means they simulated it from real diamonds its real stones i just like to be careful how i phrase things because i had a beautiful brooch and it went for 50,000 credits and the lady took it to a her jeweler and they told her it was simulated or whatever. so thats how i phrased it. to avoid the questions. thanks for watching and happy bidding
