This is a sexy womens size medium, sequined black halter top (ties- but can't see in the picture) by Charlotte Russe- some pills but still in really good condition. Stretchy material, guessing it's a polyester blend- the tags were cut. Very flattering shape with underline gathering bust detail. So versatile- wear with shorts, a skirt, or jeans. It's not padded, so wearing a strapless bra is recommended. This wasn't mine originally; got this in a swap, but did not wear. My loss= your gain. Non-smoking home, but I have 2 dogs.

well it really depends on how it fits on you, but i'd suggest wearing a strapless bra

yes, as stated in the description, it was not mine originally, had quite a bit of pills, but i cut lots of them off, so it does look better, and i did handwash it as well
